Sunday sum ups

Howdy!
Brenda, David and I spent most of the day at Don's place out at Blackstrap Lake. oh my. how nice. a tad windy. but really nice. He always cooks such a great meal. it was potatoes, carrots & onions done in tin foil with butter and dill. corn, beets, pickles, radishs, sourdough bread and then he bbq'd some awesome pork steaks and beef steaks. omg. i'm still full. that man is a great cook. get this - he doesn't have regular plates. oh no. this guy uses PLATTERS for dinner plates. and he expects you to fill them and eat it all. too muchy. but oh so good....

well - here's two things i made this weekend. i was the late night crop at JSI, expecting to visit with a few friends, but no one else showed to scrap. but both Dawn's were there to visit, so that was awesome!

I'll be teaching this card as a class on June 4th at Paper Trails.... easy peasy spiralli. fun fun!

oh and gotta post about the crop....

On Sept 14 & 15th, my friend Dawn is hosting a crop here in Saskatoon - this is a crop that will be held at the LSS but not affialiated with it - kwim? it's a crop being designed for the intermediate to advanced scrapper, with supper on saturday catered (turkey and all the trimmings). a couple of optional classes and make/takes. we go from noon on friday til midnight, 10 til midnight on sunday and there's going to be travelling photo shoots on sunday morning!

the Chocolate Gods will need to be appeased and so the Chocolate fountain is booked as well! i'm inviting you! and it will be an awesome weekend!

So ladies, mark those calanders, search those cost effective air fares, plan your car pools (Billets are available!) Plan your projects - this is going to be a weekend filled with laughter and giggles, bad photos ( maybe a good one or two) and who knows a page might actually get done - LOL.

here's hoping that lots will show!

have a great week - hopefully i'll post later this week....

carpe the week!
